Drumstick Dry sabzi - Full of nutritions!
Hello my blog members!Today I am gonna share a healthy and nutritious sabzi which is very good for our overall health.
Lets begin the recipe
Ingredients required :
1.Drumstick (सेहजन की फली )-1-It should be fresh.-cut into pieces
2.Onion-2(medium size)-chop into slices
3.Tomatoes -2(medium size )- chop into slices
4.Garlic-5-6 pods
5.Masalas reqd: Salt(as per taste ), Red chili powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Sabzi masala,Heeng- 2 pinch, cumin seeds, mustard seeds
6.Oil for cooking
7.Coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation(Preparation time:15-20 mins)-Serves 2 people
1.Take the fresh drumstick and chop it into pieces and cut it.
2.Now cut the onion and tomatoes into slices.
3.Take a pan/ kadai and add oil into it. Add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves( if available ) and let it crackle. Add asafetida and cook.
4.Add the pieces of drumstick and cook it.
Add salt, turmeric powder.
5.Now add the chopped onion, green chili and saute it well and then after 5 mins add tomatoes and cook it till mushy.
6.Finally add red chili powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, garam masala and cook for 5 mins.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
It will cook by steam itself.
