Healthy breakfast with lauki and pulses!
Hello blog members! Today I am going to share a healthy and luscious recipe but with bottlegourd.
All will be thinking that healthy recipe✅️
But tasty🙄 that also with lauki. No way😣😖😤.
So lets get started :💃
Ingredients reqd:
1.Bottlegourd -1/2(grated).
2.Pulses/Dal( Moong dal -1/2 bowl,urad dal -2/3 bowl, masoor dal-3 tbspoons, chana dal-2 tbspoons, Rice-3/4 cup)
3.Green Chilli -2-3
4.Masalas : salt( as per taste), Cumin seeds,turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
5.Ginger -1 inch( chopped well)
6.Baking soda-2 pinch
Preparation time : ( 20 mins)- Serves 2 people
1.Take all the dals and soak them overnight and soak the rice along with it
.
2.In morning grind the dals by adding green chilli, ginger, salt and cumin seeds.
3.Now our batter is ready so grate the bottegourd/ lauki and add it into the batter.
4.Add baking soda into the mixture and mix it well so that it gets fluffy.
5.Grease the nonstick tawa with oil and pour the batter onto it nd start making the dosas.
6.Flip it on other side if its cooked well on one side.
7.Our dosas are ready to be served with chutney.
8.Our healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
Note:
You can add garlic and onion to the recipe if you need to.
