Black Chana breakfast recipe: Wholesome recipe
Hey blog members! Today I am going to share a nutritious recipe made with black chana .
Lets Begin .Lets get started...
Ingredients Reqd:
1.Black chana (soaked)-1 cup
2.Urad dal-1 cup(soaked )
3.Dosa/Idly rice-1 cup(soaked)( You can take any short grain rice)
4.Garlic-4-5 pods
5.Ginger-1 inch( chopped roughly)
6.Green chilli-2-3( chopped roughly)
7.Salt( as per taste)
8.Jeera( Cumin seeds)- 1 tbsp
9.Methi seeds-1 tbsp
10.Baking soda/baking powder-1/2 tbsp
Preparation( Time :15-20 mins)
1.Firstly,take the black chana,urad dal,methi seeds and rice and soak them overnight .
2.In the morning grind them in grinder with garlic,green chili,salt,ginger and cumin seeds.
3.Avoid water while grinding the mixture ..Add baking soda/baking powder to the mixture.
4.You can make chilla/dosa.For dosa you can add water accordingly.
5.Now heat the nonstick dosa tawa and apply oil and pour the batter on tawa and spread it evenly.
6.And our black chana dosa is ready to be served.
Note:
Easy recipe right? You can make uttapam also without adding water to the mixture ,Add veggies and make it as cheela/uttapam.
Serve it with your choice of chutney and our healthy breakfast is ready.
