Sooji veggie cake: Breakfast recipe!

So Daily Morning we always think what to make for breakfast. My husband says:Poha! as its his all time favorite.. But we can't make the same thing again and again but can change the version.
So, lets make this simple breakfast with sooji / semolina but with a twist of veggies!
Preparation time: 30-35 mins
Ingredients required :
1.Semolina/Sooji -1cup
2.Baking soda-1/4 tspoon
3.Salt - as reqd
4.Curd-1/4 cup
5.Gram flour /Besan-1/4 cup
6.Green chilli +Ginger paste-1tspoon
7.Red Chilli powder
8.Amchoor powder -1tspoon
9. Garam masala -1/2tspoon
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil for greasing
Veggies :Bottle gourd / Lauki -1/2 grated, Carrot (Grated ), Onion-1(small size) and any veggies of your choice.
For Tadka:
1.Oil
2.Curry leaves -5-10
3.Mustard seeds -1tspoon
4.White sesame seeds (safed til)-1 tspoon
5.Green Chilli ( Long slit )-2-3
6.Lemon juice- 1 tspoon
Lets Prepare :
1.Take a bowl and addthe sooji, curd, soda, salt and all the ingredients.
2.Add veggies(finely chopped) And the masalas.
3.Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins and let it set.
4. Meanwhile take a caketin and apply oil inside fully so that the batter comes out perfectly.
5.Take a cooker / kadai and add 2 cups of water and keep the stand in kadai and let it boil for 10 mins.
6.After 15 mins check the batter and add water if you feel its thick. It should be of idly batter consistency.
7.Now pour the batter in the cake tin and tap it, no air bubbles should be there and keep it inside the kadai.
8.Let it steam for 20 mins on medium- high flame.
10.Serve it with green chutney/ tomato sauce. Good for breakfast/Evening snack.
