Biotin ladoo- for instant energy and sugarfree!
Hello readers! Welcome to today's blog! Today I am going to share an easy recipe of dry fruit ladoo which you can make in max 15 mins. It's quick and very energetic.It contains less ghee.
Let's begin the recipe. Let's get started..
Ingredients needed:
1 . Dry fruits( cashews, almonds, raisins( kishmish) and I added seeds and berries mix.- all should be together 1 cup.
2.Jaggery( gud) -1.5 cup or you can take less acc to your taste.
3.Ghee-2 tsp( just for roasting dry fruits n seeds)
4.Elaichi( cardamom) -2
5.Fennel seeds( saunf) -1/2 tsp
Procedure:
1 Take all dry fruits and seeds/ berries mix and roast it in ghee. Take a non-stick pan and roast it till aroma comes and it turns golden brown in color.
2.Now keep it aside to cool it off. Take a mixture grinder.
3 .Add the roasted dry fruits and 1.5 cup jaggery , elaichi and sauf.
4 . Grind it coarse. You have to check that it's binding if you make a ladoo out of it.
5 .Pulse it 2-3 times and mixture should be ready.
6 . Start making ladoos out of it. It will be approx 10-11 ladoos.
7 . You can have it daily after breakfast or if you are craving something sweet.
8.Its good for weightwatchers as it doesn't contains more ghee and no sugar.
9.It provides instant energy.
10.Its good for hair growth as it contains biotin.
11.You can give it to your kids as it's good in increasing immunity.
