Kids will love this paratha!
Hey Blog members! Today I am going to share an easy quick home made recipe.
Well this paratha needs just one main ingredient which is bhujiya sev( haldirams/ bikaji). You can also use aloo bhujiya.Sometimes our kids do not eat the regular aloo paratha or simple paratha. So why not we make this bhujiya paratha. It will be a variety for them.Lets begin the recipe..
Let's dig in..
Ingredients :
1.Bhujiya( Haldirams/Bikaji/Aloo)-1/4 cup
2.Atta/ wheat flour-1 cup
3.Oil/ ghee( for moin)
4.Oil for baking the paratha
5.Salt( as reqd)
6.Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, ajwain( carom seeds).
Preparation ( Time taken:15 mins )
1.Take a big bowl and knead the dough for the paratha. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ajwain seeds and ghee/ oil for flakiness.
2.Knead the soft dough as dough for chapati. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
3. Now divide the dough into dough balls and roll the ball into round shape.
4.Now take some bhujiya and place in between the round roti and make it into triangle shape by layering it. ( you can make round also and even square).
5.Roll it well and see that bhujiya doesnot come out from sides.
6.Now place it over the hot iron tawa and apply the oil/ ghee on both the sides and our bhujiya Paratha will be ready.
7.Serve this most easiest recipe with ketchup.
Note:
This is the most simpler version. You can add veggies like lauki, beetroot, onion and since it is for kids I added less ingredients.
If you make for other family members, add more spices acc to your wish.
Make this recipe on any sunday and your kid will love it.
