Weightloss Breakfast!- A healthy way to loose that extra weight!
Hey Blog members! Today I am going to share an easy n effective breakfast recipe.
Its full of protein and is filling.
Lets begin the recipe :
Ingredients reqd:
1.Black chana ( kala chana)- 1 and half cup- boiled
2.Curry leaves-7-10
3.Green chilli-1
4.Lemon -1
5.Ginger ( for taste)-1/2 inch( grated)
6.Dessicated coconut( grated)-For garnishing
Masalas required: Cumin seeds, Heeng, salt( as required),Coriander powder -1tbsp, Chat masala(optional)
Preparation Time : 10 -12 mins( serves 2 people)
1.First take the black chana and soak it overnight / 6-7 hrs in water and keep.
2.Then boil it in cooker for 2-3 whistles ( don't overdo it otherwise the nutrients will vanish)
3.Now take the pan and add some oil in it.
4.Add jeera, heeng, curry leaves and saute till it crackles fully.
5.Now add the boiled chana and saute it and cover it for 5-7 mins and let it cook.
6.Finally add coriander powder, chat masala and squeeze the lemon and mix it well.
7.Now add the dessicated coconut on top.
8.Our breakfast is done.
Many people will not find this breakfast bland / not good to eat for that we can make black chana chat.
Cut onions, tomatoes, cucumber and sprinkle some black salt, red chili powder, green chili from the top.
Add sweet curd and green chutney and namkeen sev and our chat is ready.
This is also healthier but a different version.

4.Good for heart health.
5.It cures jaundice when soaked and eaten with jaggery.
6.Strengthens bones and joints.
7.Used for skin diseases, hairfall and many hair problems.
