These veggies are tossed in olive oil, minced garlic and fresh herbs.
The sizzler in restaurants includes this type of veggies.
Let's get started..
Ingredients needed:
1.Vegetables : Broccoli, Baby corn, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and zuccini.
2.Spices: Olive oil, chilli flakes, minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
3.Coriander leaves/ parsley, lemon juice, parmesan cheese( optional).
Procedure:
1.Firstly blanch the broccoli and chop the veggies into square form.
2.Chop red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, baby corn and zuccini.
3.Take a non-stick pan and add oil olive,minced garlic and add the veggies and sauté till the moisture is soaked. The veggies should have the crunch.
4.Add all the veggies and blanched brocolli.Mix them well and add chilli flakes. Add salt and black pepper powder.
5.Our sauted veggies are ready. Add coriander leaves from top and add cheese if you like.
