Paneer hyderabadi recipe!
Hello readers🙏Welcome to today's blog! I am sharing Paneer Hyderabadi recipe. We won't need any fancy veggies for this recipe, its just normal spices. Let's get started..
1.Palak/ spinach - A bunch-250 gms.
2.Onion-1( roughly chopped )
3.Tomatoes-2( roughly chopped),coriander leaves -a handful
4.Ginger+ garlic paste/ ginger+ garlic( crushed)-1 tsp, green chillies-2-3
5.Khada Masalas :Clove ( laung)-2,Black peppercorns -3,Cinnamon powder/ stick, Big elaichi-1/small elaichi -2,dried red chilli-2,bay leaf-1.
6.Masala : Cumin seeds-1 tsp, salt( as per taste), red chilli powder-1 tsl, kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tsp, coriander powder-1 tsp, garam masala-1tsp, kitchen king masala-1/2 tsp, turmeric powder-1 tsp
7.Butter-2 tsp, Oil-2 tsp
8.Curd-2 tsp.
9.Paneer-250 gms.
10.Cashews-7-8.
Procedure:( preparation time: 30-35 mins).
1.Take the spinach bunch and wash it thoroughly and chop it roughly and keep aside.
2.Chop the onion, tomatoes, ginger+ garlic and coriander leaves.
3.Take a non-stick kadai, add oil-2 tsp and add the onion, ginger, garlic and cashews ad green chillies.
4. Fry it till golden brown. Now add tomatoes and let it become soft. Add salt.
5.Add the chopped spinach and coriander leavez and let it release moisture and fry it till it dries.
6.Cool it off completely and then grind it silky smooth.Cut the paneer int squares and keep aside.
7.Now take a pan again, add butter-1 tsp and khada masalas and then add cumin seeds. Now add the gravy and cook it.
8.Add the spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder).
9.Let the gravy cook for 15-20 mins on medium flame.Add the paneer blocks.
10.Now add curd-2 tsps and mix it continuously so that it doesn't curdle.
11.Add the garam masala and kitchen king masala. Add water if you feel.
12. Garnish it with kasoori methi. Or simply amul cream.
13.Enjoy paneer Hyderabadi with roti/ paratha or naan.
14.Serve to your guests and they will love this recipe.
