Hello friends! How have you been doing?
Today's recipe is simple dal paratha with leftover dal and I had spring onion bunch so used it in this recipe.
Sometimes there are leftovers in our fridge and so we can't waste it so I always reuse them differently in recipes.

6. Oil/ ghee for Parathas.
Preparation( preparation time-10-15 mins) (serves -3 people)
1.Take 2 cups wheat flour/ atta in a big bowl and keep it aside.
2.Now take the spring onion and chop it finely and add the leftover dal, chopped spring onion and the masalas: salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, cumin seeds, heeng.
3.Add some ghee to it for flakiness.
4.Now make a dough using this and dont add water, if you feel dry you can add water and make it a dough.
5.Keep it aside for 10 mins.
6.Now make the parathas with ghee/ oil and serve it with chutney/ dry sabzi/ rayta.
Note:
1.If you feel dough is watery, you can add rice flour/ corn flour.
This is the leftover recipe and you can make many changes acc to your choice.
