We all know bread is the common ingredient in our lives. Sandwiches, cutlets, rolls and even simple baked bread is delicious to eat.. Right or not?
This is the most simplest yet mouth-watering recipe and even kids can make it.
You can serve it as starter to guests.

Ingredients needed:
1.Bread-5-6 slices
2.Boiled potato-3( medium size)
3.Green chilli-1-2, grated Ginger 1/2 inch, boiled corn-2-3 tsp
4.Masalas: salt( as per taste), red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp, turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, chat masala-1 tsp
5.Corn flour-2-3 tsps( for binding)
5.Coriander leaves for garnishing
6.oil for frying
Procedure:
1.Firstly boil potatoes and keep it aside. Take bread slices and cut the sides of it.
2.Take a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, mash it well and cut the bread slices into small pieces.
3.Add the bread slices to the potato mixture. Add masalas like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala. Add corn flour for binding.
4.Mix it well and finally add salt and mash it properly. Make like a dough.
5.Now heat the oil in a pan/ kadai on medium flame.
6.Make small lemon size balls from the dough and make it flat with the help of your palms. Apply oil before flattening it so that it doesn't stick to palms.
7.Make all the cutlets and fry it on medium flame. It should not be high. It will take 5-7 mins for one batch of cutlet.
8.Our cutlets are ready to be served with ketchup/ green chutney. Sprinkle chat masala from top.
Note:
1.Fry the cutlets on medium flame. If you fry it on high flame, it will burn from outside and not cook properly from inside.
2.You can add veggies like onion, beetroot, carrot.
