Weighloss Chilla- Gluten free Breakfast / Dinner
Ingredients :
1.Ragi (Nachni) powder-1/2 cup
2.Semolina /Sooji -1/2 cup
3.Rice flour - 2-3 tbspoons
4.Curd :1/2 cup
5.Veggies of your own choice (onion, capsicum, beetroot, carrot, green chilles)
6.Coriander leaves for garnishing
Masalas Required :
Salt, a pinch soda, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala.
Way to learn:
Take a bowl, add sooji, curd, ragi powder, salt, rice flour and mix them gently. Add little water if required slowly.. Form a batter (not too liquidy)
Add soda, veggies and masalas. Keep it aside for 20 mins.
After 20 minutes, Take a nonstick pan or cast iron pan then apply little oil with a brush or spoon. Spread it evenly then just mix the batter and spread it on the pan/ tawa.. Cook it on one side for 2-3 minutes and add oil in between and sides.. Flip it gently after 2 minutes and cook it on other side.
Finally cook it till its crispy.
The Ragi Chilla is done.😊😄
