Spicy Red Chutney for dosa/idly
Hello bloggers.. Welcome to today's blog and yeah Happy Day🙏🏻. Today I am going to share a spicy red chutney recipe for dosa/idly and chapati. Its with less ingredients and easily made in seconds.
Lets begin the recipe..lets get started..
Ingredients reqd:
1.Dried red chilli-4-5(soaked overnight)
2.Coriander seeds-1/2 bowl(soaked overnight)
3.Garlic pods-1 bunch
4.Ginger-1/2 inch
5.Salt- as per reqd
Preparation:
1.Firstly take coriander seeds and red chilli and soak them overnight so that they do not produce heat in body after consuming it.
2.The next morning take a bunch of garlic and peel it and add 1/2 ginger to it .
3.Take a grinder add soaked red chilli and coriander seeds along with garlic and ginger.Grind it well by adding water if needed.
4.Our spicy red chutney is ready.
Tempering( optional)
1.Take a frypan add ghee /oil and add cumin seeds and heeng and roast it well.Add the grinded chutney to the frypan and mix it well till the water(moisture) dries up.
Our chutney is ready to be served.We can have it with dosa,idly and even rice and roti.
Note:
You can make your own version of this chuteny by adding curry leaves,onion and coconut.
