Gatte ki Sabzi- In Cooker

When we think of making gatte ki sabzi.. We think it will be hassle. Lets make it easy by making it in cooker and its less time taking.
Lets start:
Ingredients reqd:
For Gatte :
1.Besan/ Gram flour-1/2 cup
2.Masalas and spices: Red chilli powder, salt, ajwain( carrom seeds), turmeric powder, oil -2 tspoon, curd -2 tspoon.
3.Water( for making dough)
For gravy:
1.Onion:2(medium size)-roughly chopped
2.Tomato:3( medium size)
3.Masalas : Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, Coriander powder, dried red chilli, cumin seeds(jeera), heeng
4. Fresh Coconut puree-1/2 or you can add curd.
5.Oil for tadka
Preparation time: 30-35 mins
Let's prepare:
1.Take a bowl and add besan, all the spices( ajwain, turmeric powder, salt and all).
2.Add oil and curd and make neither a soft nor a hard dough.
3.Keep it aside for 15mins.
4.Meanwhile take steamer and boil the water for 10 mins, after the water is boiled, take the dough make small balls and make it into cylindrical shape and add in the boiled water.
5.Boil it till small white bubbles appear on the gattas. When it appears means its steamed. Just take 1 gatta and break it and see whether its cooked or not from inside. If it sticks it's not cooked.
6.Take all the gattas and let it all cool completely.
Cut into small pieces.
7.Take a pressurr cooker, add oil and all the spices and masalas, dried red chilli. Jeera and other ingredients. Add the coconut puree and the onion. Tomato gravy.
8.Cook the gravy for 15 mins till the oil separates.
After that add the gattas into the gravy and close the lid of the cooker
9.Cook it for 1 whistle and the gatta sabzi is done.
Garnish it with kasoori methi/ coriander leaves.
10.Serve it with fulka/ rice.
Points to be Noted :
1.Don't fear that gattas will be cooked or not in the gravy. It will be cooked perfectly and its already steamed.
2.The coconut puree gives the silky texture like cream. You can add curd too to the recipe.
3.You can add your version of spices / masalas to the recipe.
