Veggie roastie: Easy breakfast recipe!
Hello readers🙏🏻 welcome to today's blog. I am going to share an easy recipe with readily available ingredients.

Ingredients needed:
1.Besan/ gram flour-1 cup
2.Corn flour-2 tsp
3.Masalas:Salt, red chilli powder, ajwain seeds, jeera seeds,turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
4.Veggies: onion-1( medium size)-long sliced, green chilli-2,sweet corn, capsicum
You can add beetroot, carrot,radish, Bottlegourd ( all in grated form)you can add even grated potato.
5.coriander leaves for garnishing
6.Water for adjusting consistency.
Preparation: Time taken: 20 mins
1.Firstly take a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix it well and add water to adjust the consistency. Add water slowly so that lumps do not form.
2.Now add veggies( onion, capsicum, sweet corn, green chilli and coriander leaves).
3.Now mix it well and keep aside for 10 mins.
4.Add baking soda-1/2 tsp ( optional) and start making the roastie.
5.Take a non-stick tawa and apply oil, let it heat well. And spread the batter evenly on tawa.
6.Now cook it for 2-3 mins on one side and 2-3 mins on other side.
7.Our roastie should be cooked well as it contains besan and veggies.
8.Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
9.Our veggie roastie is ready to eat.
