Hey readers🙏🏻 Welcome to my blog. Let's make a south indian breakfast recipe which is UTTAPAM . Well this recipe has been shared by my bestie❤️. Its easy to make and made with less oil. Its made with dosa/ idly batter. Dosa is thin but uttapam is made thick with toppings. Lets get started... Ingredients reqd : 1.Idly/dosa batter-2 cups 2.Toppings: Veggies: capsicum, carrot, tomato, onion, green chilli ( finely chopped). 3.Ginger ( finely chopped ). 4.Oil For making dosa/idly batter : 1.5 cup -idly rice/short grain rice, 1/2 cup urad dal, 1 tbsps methi seeds. Procedure : 1.Chop all the veggies ( your choice). My friend used onion, tomato and green chilli. You can add carrot, beetroot, capsicum, coriander leaves for garnishing. 2.Take the idly/ dosa batter and add salt. 3.Take a non-stick tawa and apply oil abd sprinkle water. Now with the help of tissue, clean the tawa. Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly on the tawa. 4.Now spread the veggies on the top of the b...
